The key to success is practicing before you forget! This strengthens your neural pathways to retain more information. If you don’t practice frequently you will forget easily. Read and/or watch this article to understand the importance of daily practice. This is why we provide so many options for practice. We recommend a minimum of 10 minutes of daily practice, but more is better.
